Accreditation Programme Terms & Conditions.

By submitting this form you are booking a place for the named participant on the specified webinar accreditation programme. 

Please note :

The two-day webinar programmes consist of four modules:

• Modules 1 & 2 from 13:00 until 16:00 (UK time) on day one
• Modules 3 & 4 from 13:00 until 16:00 (UK time) on day two

Modules must be attended in consecutive order on the specified days and times. Accreditation is only complete once all Modules have been attended and an assessment paper successfully passed.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Once you have submitted this booking, should you be unable to attend, the following policy will apply:

Substitute Participant - If you are unable to join this event for any reason, a substitute participant from the same organisation is welcome to attend in your place, at no extra charge.

Transfer to a future accreditation programme - If you wish to transfer your booking to a future date (taking place within the next 6 months):

1.  A transfer charge of £50 + VAT will apply if you provide written notification that you wish to transfer no later than 32 days prior to the start of the Accreditation Programme.
2. A transfer charge of £150 + VAT will apply if you provide written notification that you wish to transfer between 31 and 15 days prior to the start of the Accreditation Programme.
3. 14 days or less: A transfer charge of 50% of the Accreditation Fee above + VAT will apply if you provide written notification that you wish to transfer less than 15 days prior to the start of the Accreditation Programme.
4. If you do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation within 2 working days, please contact our offices on +44 (0)1904 464524 to confirm that we have received your transfer request.
5. This policy should be read in conjunction with any special terms noted in the booking details above.

Cancellation - If you wish to cancel your booking:

1. 15% of the Accreditation Fee above + VAT will be payable if you provide written notification that you wish to cancel this booking no later than 43 days prior to the start of the Accreditation Programme.
2. 50% of the Accreditation Fee above + VAT will be payable if you provide written notification that you wish to cancel this booking between 42 and 15 days prior to the start of the Accreditation Programme.
3. 100% of the Fee above + VAT will be payable if you provide written notification that you wish to cancel this booking less than 15 days prior to the start of the Accreditation Programme.
4. If you do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation within 2 working days, please contact our offices on +44 (0)1904 464524 to confirm that we have received your cancellation notification.

IMPORTANT: Minimum System Requirements – to participate in a TMSDI Webinar you will need to ensure that you have:

• Operating system: Windows XP (or above) or Mac OS®X10 Snow Leopard (or above)
• Internet bandwidth: 700Kbps or more 
• RAM: 2GB or more
• Internet Browser: Internet Explorer® 7.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox 4.0 or newer, Google Chrome™ 5.0 or newer, Safari™ 3.0 or newer.
• Additional software: JavaScript™ 
• Microphone and speakers (built-in or USB headset)

Invoice and joining instructions - Upon receipt of the booking form we will issue your invoice which is payable within 30 days of the invoice date or prior to the event, whichever is soonest. Your joining instructions will be sent to the contact email address you have provided above, usually no later than one month before the programme.

Please note, VAT at the prevailing rate will be charged where applicable.
