By submitting this form you are purchasing a copy of the Online Accreditation for the named participant.
Participants have one month from their enrolment date to work through all course modules at their own pace. Once the course is fully completed they will be unenrolled from the programme and no longer have access to the modules. If a participant hasn't completed the course within the one-month period, TMSDI reserves the right to unenroll them from the course.

Once confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled but can be transferred within one month of confirmation as follows:

Invoice and joining instructions
Upon receipt of a valid booking form we will issue your invoice which is payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Instructions on how to access the online accreditation will be sent to the contact email address you have provided.
Please note, VAT at the prevailing rate will be charged where applicable.
Accreditation Materials - As part of your accreditation, you will receive a set of accreditation material. For face-to-face programmes, you will receive these on the programme. For webinar and online accreditations they will be sent to your chosen delivery address - please note that whilst we make no charge for sending the materials, you may need to pay local tax or import duty, depending on your location.
