Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Once you have submitted this order the following policy will apply:
Cancellation
Once confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled but can be transferred within one month of confirmation as follows:
Substitute Participant – If you are unable to complete the programme above for any reason, a substitute participant from the same organisation is welcome to complete the accreditation, provided that you have not started to complete Module One. Please contact us if you would like to arrange this via events@tmsdi.com
Transfer to a different Accreditation Route – If you wish to transfer your booking to a different accreditation route you may do so provided that you have not started to complete Module One please contact us via events@tmsdi.com so that we can discuss the best route for you.

Invoice and joining instructions
Upon receipt of the booking form we will issue your invoice which is payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Instructions on how to access the online accreditation will be sent to the contact email address you have provided.
Please note, VAT at the prevailing rate will be charged where applicable.
