By submitting this form you are purchasing a copy of the Online Accreditation for the named participant.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Once you have submitted this order the following policy will apply:

Cancellation

Once confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled but can be transferred within one month of confirmation as follows:

Substitute Participant – If you are unable to complete the programme above for any reason, a substitute participant from the same organisation is welcome to complete the accreditation, provided that you have not started to complete Module One. Please contact us if you would like to arrange this via events@tmsdi.com
Transfer to a different Accreditation Route – If you wish to transfer your booking to a different accreditation route you may do so provided that you have not started to complete Module One please contact us via events@tmsdi.com so that we can discuss the best route for you.

Invoice and joining instructions

Upon receipt of a valid booking form we will issue your invoice which is payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

Instructions on how to access the online accreditation will be sent to the contact email address you have provided.

Please note, VAT at the prevailing rate will be charged where applicable.

Accreditation Materials - As part of your accreditation, you will receive a set of accreditation material. For face-to-face programmes, you will receive these on the programme. For webinar and online accreditations they will be sent to your chosen delivery address - please note that whilst we make no charge for sending the materials, you may need to pay local tax or import duty, depending on your location.

Please Note: Magnetic Wheel Sets and Curiosity Cards are available in English only. The Team Management Wheel Mats are available in all the TMP languages as a bespoke order - we will confirm the language with you prior to production.

Printed Accreditation Handbook
You will receive a digital copy of the Accreditation Handbook as part of your accreditation. Please check this box if you would like to also receive a printed copy of the Accreditation Handbook.

Digital badge:
Please issue a digital badge on completion of my accreditation.
Please note in order to issue your Digital Badge TMSDI will need to transfer some personal data (name, email address, the Profile in which you’re accredited & the date you were accredited) outside the EEA / UK to Credly (a company in the USA who provide digital badges) and to Team Management Systems IP Pty Ltd in Australia (owner of the TMS IP who also have access to the system). By checking this box you are giving TMSDI your consent to enter your details (as above) into the system and issue your badge.
