Modules must be attended in consecutive order on the specified days and times. Accreditation is only complete once all Modules have been attended and an assessment paper successfully passed.
Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Once you have submitted this booking, should you be unable to attend, the following policy will apply:
Substitute Participant - If you are unable to join this event for any reason, a substitute participant from the same organisation is welcome to attend in your place, at no extra charge.
Transfer to a future accreditation programme - If you wish to transfer your booking to a future date (taking place within the next 6 months):

Invoice and joining instructions - Upon receipt of the booking form we will issue your invoice which is payable within 30 days of the invoice date or prior to the event, whichever is soonest. Your joining instructions will be sent to the contact email address you have provided above, usually no later than one month before the programme.
