What is Team Signals?

A multi-rater diagnostic built around the High-Energy Teams team effectiveness model, Team Signals helps you develop targeted, actionable strategies to enhance collaboration and drive high performance.

It uses eight strategic questions to assess how a team is functioning now - and where they need to focus next. The report provides a clear, data-informed snapshot of a team’s development priorities, providing a roadmap for action, alignment and sustainable performance.

Each team member receives a personalised report that captures their unique perspective on the team’s strengths and areas for growth. Individual responses are then combined into a 360-degree team report that you can use as the basis for team discussions around alignment, clarity and development needs.
 

Who can use Team Signals?

There is no separate accreditation for Team Signals but to access it you must be accredited in the Team Management Profile and complete our short Accredited Practitioner Team Signals Module.
