You'll also do your own personal Profile again so you can see the latest version and refer to it during the course.
Learning takes place through a series of online lessons combining a variety of videos, audios, tasks and reading.
Test Your Knowledge activities assess your understanding as you work through the modules and a range of different exercises are built in to consolidate your learning.
When you feel you've got your knowledge back up-to-date, simply complete the final survey to finish the programme. We'll then give you a call to answer any final questions.
During the online refresher we do refer to sections in the Team Management Profile accreditation handbook. You can read these to get more in-depth information, or as a useful aide-memoire.
