The latest enhancement to the LLP|360 allows you to include raters' feedback about an individual's performance as part of the profile process.
Comments are anonymous, and the supplementary General Comments Report will only be generated where at least two raters have responded to this part of the questionnaire. And as the General Comments Report is supplied as a separate document you have full control over how you share this feedback with the profile recipient.
All LLP|360 profiles processed via the TMSDI bureau service now include this option. LLP|360 questionnaires are completed via TMS Global with profiles delivered securely via TMSDI Online.
Please note, the LLP|360 is only available in the English language.
