The new 'team map’ for the LBP allows you to combine data from a collection of individual profiles.
An amalgamation of all the Other raters’ questionnaire responses, for all the leaders’ profiles in the group, the Group Analysis report provides insights into how they are collectively performing across all eight factors in the Leadership Behaviours Model, as well as the derived factor of Emotional Intelligence.
Providing a useful comparison to the norms on a wider scale, key themes on the group’s strengths, as well as areas for improvement, are also identified.
When using the report with a leadership team, achievements can be recognised and ways to progress these discussed. A team can also identify key issues which they need to collectively address and together determine a set of goals and actions to work on. At an individual level, each leader can see where their own development objectives fit into the wider team picture.
