The Margerison-McCann suite of Profiles is available through learning and development professionals who have successfully completed one of our authorised programmes.
The first step is accreditation in the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile. Our programme is designed to give you the competence and the confidence to use the Team Management Systems (TMS) approach for coaching leaders, developing managers and building high performing teams.
We offer a number of face-to-face or webinar options. Learn in-company with colleagues, one-to-one at your own pace, or share the experience with other senior HR professionals.
