The TMSDI founders
The Team Management Systems (TMS) products and concepts were developed by Dr Charles Margerison and Dr Dick McCann.
TMS co-author Dr Charles Margerison is a Partner in Team Management Systems, previously Professor of Management at the University of Queensland, Australia, and also at Cranfield University School of Management, UK. Holding a PhD in educational psychology, he is the author and co-author of many leading books and professional articles. His industrial experience includes time as CEO of a publications company and as a consultant to leading corporations.
TMS co-author Dr Dick McCann is a Partner in Team Management Systems, with a background in science, engineering, finance and organisational behaviour. Earlier in his career he spent five years with BP. Holding a PhD in engineering, he is the author and co-author of many leading books and articles on teamwork. He is currently Managing Director of TMS Australia and a Director of TMS Development International Ltd.
Catherine Hick has been the Managing Director of TMS Development International Ltd (TMSDI) for over twenty years. A graduate of Manchester and Liverpool Universities, where she studied modern languages and Latin American studies, Catherine lived in Portugal, Iran and Sweden before moving into educational and business publishing in the UK. She co-founded the company in 1989 in partnership with TMS founders Dr Charles Margerison and Dr Dick McCann.
